1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or physical store services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, you may not use our services.
2. Products and Services
We sell physical gold, silver, and other precious metals, as well as buy used bullion and jewelry. Pricing reflects real-time market fluctuations and is strictly non-negotiable once a transaction is confirmed.
3. Order Process, Price Locks & Default Penalties
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon full payment via accepted methods: PayNow, bank wire transfer, credit card, or in-store cash.
30-Minute Price Lock: Prices are locked in at the exact time of order placement. Due to real-time market volatility, payment for Bank Transfer and PayNow orders must be initiated within 30 minutes of order placement to guarantee your spot price.
Binding Contract & Default: By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract to finalize your purchase. Orders not funded within the 30-minute window will be considered defaulted and subject to immediate cancellation.
Cancellation & Market Loss Policy: In the event of a defaulted, abandoned, or customer-cancelled order, you are legally liable for a strict SGD $200.00 Administrative Penalty, plus any Market Loss incurred by Bullion King Pte. Ltd. Market Loss is calculated as the difference between your locked-in purchase price and the prevailing, lower market spot price at the time of cancellation.
Right to Cancel: While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy and stock availability, we do not guarantee the fulfillment of any order in the event of extreme market volatility or pricing errors. In the event of cancellation by Bullion King, any payments received will be refunded in full. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from such cancellation.
4. Collection & Delivery
Secure Vault Collection: Self-collection is available at our Centrium Square location upon payment clearance and by appointment only. A valid government-issued ID is required for asset release.
Insured Logistics: Local delivery is offered. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch and signature of receipt.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Buyback Policy (Jewelry & Bullion)
All buyback offers are made based on exact weight, purity, and current live market rates.
We reserve the right to reject any items that fail our authenticity, purity, or condition checks.
AML Compliance: For strict compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, a valid government-issued ID (NRIC/FIN) is mandatory for buybacks exceeding SGD 5,000.
6. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the highly sensitive nature of precious metals and continuous market fluctuations, all sales are final. Exceptions are applied exclusively in cases of proven product defects or incorrect fulfillment by our vault.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bullion King Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability in any claim or dispute is strictly limited to the exact transaction value paid by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and media on our site are the exclusive property of Bullion King Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced, scraped, or distributed without explicit written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or transactions shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Singapore.
