By accessing or using our website or physical store services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, you may not use our services.
2. Products and Services
We sell physical gold, silver, and other precious metals, as well as buy used bullion and jewelry. Pricing reflects real-time market fluctuations and is non-negotiable once a transaction is confirmed.
3. Order Process & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon full payment via accepted methods: PayNow, credit card, bank transfer, or in-store cash.
Orders not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled.
Prices are locked in at the time of order placement and are non-refundable due to market volatility.
Due to the real-time nature of precious metal pricing, all product prices are subject to market fluctuations. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee fulfillment of any order. In the event of cancellation by Bullion King, any payments received will be refunded in full. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from such cancellation.
4. Collection & Delivery
Self-collection is available at our store upon confirmation.
Local delivery is offered, with risk of loss passing to the customer upon dispatch.
We do not ship internationally.
5. Buyback Policy (Jewelry & Bullion)
All buyback offers are made based on weight, purity, and current market rates.
We reserve the right to reject items that fail our authenticity or condition checks.
For compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, valid ID (NRIC/FIN) is required for buybacks above SGD 5,000.
6. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of precious metals and market sensitivity, all sales are final. Exceptions apply only in cases of product defects or incorrect fulfillment.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the transaction value paid.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and media on our site are owned by Bullion King Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
